Meet 9-year-old Bella Frasher from Cascade! After Bella and her mom Mandi began volunteering at the shelter, Bella decided she wanted to do more to help. Bella and her mom came up with the idea to make and sell their home made soap in support of our shelter! Making goat milk soaps has become a family project, with Bella’s love for animals as the driving force.
