Animal Welfare Friends remains committed to furthering the mission of providing critical services for area cats and dogs. We continue to place deserving animals in safe, happy forever homes in Iowa as well as out of state. But AWF receives no annual funding support from any source, and though generous individual donors will help on special needs cases, it’s our everyday costs that are the most draining.
